Peaches and Cream Overnight Oatmeal
Blueberries and Cream Overnight Oatmeal
And Peanut Butter, Banana Overnight Oatmeal.
Here's the idea:
You start with a bowl of 1/2 Cup Yogurt, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats and 1 T Chia Seeds.
Then you add your desired flavors maybe: chopped peaches or blueberries.
If I'm making Peaches and Cream I use Vanilla Yogurt for the 1/2 Cup Yogurt.
This basic recipe is enough for one jar, I generally make 9 or so at a time (so 1/2 Cup x 9, you get the idea).
Let your imagination soar, make up some jars of overnight oatmeal today!
