I don't know if I've mentioned this before but in addition to lunch, I also pack the girls breakfast every day.
Honestly, sometimes it's simple and easy: cereal with milk or yogurt with belvita biscuits.
I strive to send them with at least one home baked breakfast every week.
Last year, I was lucky enough to get my hands on some small pie pumpkins. I roasted them in the oven, scrapped away the rind, pureed them and froze them in 16oz Ziploc's.
I came across the Ziploc's in my freezer last night, which inspired this weeks baked breakfast.
