1 Red Apple
1 Green Apple and
Dash of Lemon Juice,
Cinnamon and Brown sugar (to taste).
In the Jar:
1/2 Cup oats (I used Bobs Red Mill - 1/4 C Museli and 1/4 C Steel Cut Oats)
1/2 Cup dairy (I used whole milk)
Dash of Cinnamon
Covered with the cooked apples and drizzled with real maple syrup.
With a piece of twine I attached a spoon, and with Post-it tape the instructions "stir and enjoy"
